A chair sits on Lake Mendota. UW-Madison first year MFA student Hongtao Zhou built it from the ice and snow on the lake. He says the idea is that the furniture comes from the lake for local people to enjoy the Madison winter culture. And, eventually, the furniture will go back where they were from—the lake.
