Three Arrested For Theft at West Towne Mall

Madison Police say they arrested three Jamaican citizens for felony retail theft at West Towne after trying to steal more than $560 worth of clothes from JC Penney.

The three suspects are currently staying at Wisconsin Dells motels.

Police made the arrests Tuesday afternoon.

The men were allegedly carrying empty bags from other retailers to include: Aeropostale, H&M, Victoria Secret, and Gap.

"This is a common method suspects use to steal clothes, taking empty bags with logos and filling them in another store," one investigating officer is quoted in the incident report.

Police say the men also have wire cutters. One tried to run from police. He was tackled by a loss prevention officer.

The following were arrested:

Nicoye Wiltshire, age 23
Suspect was arrested for Party To A Crime - Retail Theft and for Resisting.

Anthony O. Allen, age 21
Suspect was arrested for Party To A Crime - Retail Theft

Christopher O. Manbauman, age 23
Suspect was arrested for Party To A Crime - Retail Theft
