Capitol Protestor Won't be Charged

A man arrested during the daily sing long at the state Capitol will not be charged after being held behind bars for several days last month. Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne says there isn't enough evidence showing Damon Terrell hurt a police officer on purpose as he was being taken into custody.

Meantime Terrell's brother, Chris, is being charged with resisting an officer after being picked up the same day, on a seperate offense.
